Designed the NYC Internet of Things Progress Report, a publication documenting New York City’s progress toward more responsible, equitable, and accountable use of connected technologies. The report summarized research, policy updates, and implementation efforts for audiences including City Hall, civic technology networks, municipal agencies, and cross-sector partners working across urban technology and data governance initiatives.
Working within established agency branding, I developed the editorial system, information hierarchy, and layouts for long-form and data-driven content. The project focused on translating complex civic technology topics into a clear and accessible reading experience for a wide range of public and institutional audiences.
